Maybe in some week it's going to get fixed, if you want try posting some log of the game on the forums, it helps the devs detecting where the problem originates.

dont want to sound noobish but ive never made a log of any game before, i know its under debug right?

The auto build from Orphis is made with a log.bat which will create a log file for you (but in release mode, not in debug, you'll have to compile it yourself for that matter)
