This adds "2x3" to the list of stud size enumerations. It is used in Attic/Rafters, FrameFloor/FloorJoists, FrameFloor/FloorTrusses, FoundationWall/InteriorStuds, RimJoist/FloorJoists, and Wall/Studs.
