Using access=public instead of access=yes for amenity=toilets and shower ? #15

I was doing some quick editing this morning with the preset and noticed that within amenity=toilets preset interface, when you select public in the access panel, it leaves the tag access=yes .
I'm not sure if this is the correct tag, wouldn't it be access=public instead (or is access=yes just the existing correct tag?)

I noticed this also occurs on amenity=shower as well.

acess=yes : The public has an official, legally-enshrined right of access,
i.e. it's a right of way
