What's Done ?

Removes GDAL Dependency
Replaces georeferencing code from Gdal translate to Rasterio transform
Adds overlapping distance feature for tiles merging to remove strip between tiles
Adds option to keep metadata in the dir for investigation

What's tested ?

Tested with venv and clean installation
Tested all new features implemented

How can you test ?

Try and run tests/app_test.py in completely new venv with tensorflow installed , Play with the test code , change parameters
