devicelist.cgi: search device by ise_id

Dear Mr. Maus,

would it be possible to add a search command to the devicelist.cgi like it has been done for state.cgi with the datapoint_id subcommand? Everytime I am searching in the devicelist one value I have to download the whole list and need to parse it.

For documentation purpose I always download the whole list after adding/deleting devices.

Thus I have the ise_id always available in the documention.

My use case is picking the device_type during the execution of my PHP programs to enhance information about status of the device.
