Hey @TOTO-DK

are these two devices of the same kind/type? Maybe post the first 5-6 characters of the serials to let me know.

Also I'd need the debug log to get a better view of what's happening.
You can activate it in the advanced section of the config-ui.

But a normal (local) livestream with the backdoor camera works? What about a snapshot from events or when you're in the HomeKit preview? (Actually works quite the same, so would baffle me if these work).

…rent times now (at 1 minute intervals)

fixed: release refresh lock if no camera source could be retrieved (see homebridge-eufy-security#81)

I think this should be fixed in beta.18 - please try and let me know.

As to why this happened there are multiple causes:

  1. it seems that one station can only handle 1 concurrent p2p stream. So that when both try to access their streams it fail for the device that came last. Since the automatic refreshes started at the same time one was doomed to get no stream.
If this is generally the case, or if this is a bug in eufy-security-client, I don't know as of yet. See here
  2. There was a bug that when no stream could be established the refresh process was locked and didn't get unlocked. This I did fix with the new beta, hopefully.

Thanks for the logs. You may want to delete any links to your cloud snapshots in the future, since these can be viewed by anyone.

Can you send me a log with 5 and 6 minutes refreshes nonetheless?
I couldn't test myself and this way there should be a overlap after the first 6 minutes. I just want to make sure it's doing it right.
