Proposed change

Fixes an issue in the Peblar Rocksolid EV Chargers.

The number entity uses the actual limit (which can be influenced by other factors, e.g., household limit reached, or not enough solar power available). This PR fixes it to use the user setting instead of the actual applied limit.
