Fix bugs in nest stream expiration handling #130150

Proposed change

Fix a bug where tracking streams would use the wrong session ids. This was confusing the nest API session id with the home assistant stream session id, adding an extra to the list. The old stream expiration time would be kept around and then attempt to be extended repeatedly.

The stream expiration is difficult to test additionally because the streaming websocket closes the stream during the test. This adds code to be defensive of the stream being closed while the stream is being extended which actually happens in the test, causing the stream to get added back to the list. This fixes error logs during test teardown.
