Add support for variant of Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 3C (zhimi.airp.mb4a)

Proposed change

Adds support for Xiaomi Air Purifier 3C with model id zhimi.airp.mb4a
It is a revised version of the same device, it just identifies itself with a different model number.
It is also a supported model in the python-miio library and was tested with an actual device.
