Component/platform:

Cree light bulbs
Light and Card for lights

Description of problem:

Identity Cards for Lights.. Cree lights bulbs strange behavior.
Either showing on or off regardless of Cree light bulb state.

If light is on, click on identity card and turns off. (note: identity card still show on even if light is off)
If light is off, click on identity card will NOT turn on the light.
If light is off, use slider to adjust light level, light turns on at set level/percentage on slider

Alexa still has full control of the lights state regardless what the identity card is indicating.

Problem-relevant configuration.yaml entries and (fill out even if it seems unimportant):

n/a
