Yes. I plan to cut a pre-release when this is merged, hopefully at the start of next week. |

There are still problems with annotations, but I will fix that in another PR. I will merge this now to get a dev release out of Geoviews. |

This PR adds Bokeh 3 support to GeoViews. For this to work, Holoviews 1.16 is needed.
