Preliminary support for floorplan popovers Floorplan icons added based on font-awesome and bootstrap colors added added in two new ia7_config parameters for floorplan, enable popovers size (not fully implemented yet)

…m to bring up the modal state dialog box - for item groups and floorplan. - new ia7_config.json object configuration item, direct_control. Setting this to yes on an object with only 2 controllable states will turn it into a toggle button. Toggle buttons have a black outline to differentiate from the other modal buttons.
