Add support for Volume control to android devices. Currently the volume control goes to all Android devices. The next update will allow for updates by room name. Add support for hierarchical inclusion of an object within an object. Update Android_Item.pm to provide examples of all features which are supported within object classes which inherit from Generic_Item. Update code/common/android_server.pl to describe api for all things which can be done from user code files. Push some android functions into the Generic_Item base class. Do some cleanup of android code methods.

Merged it with my clone and tested basic functionality. I have no time for further in-depth testing but since the code is running fine I merged the pull request into master.
