Insteon: Warn if Device Lacks Responder Record; Don't Crash on is_deaf Check

1. If a device lacks a responder record it responds with a NAK from group ff. Misterhouse sees this as a corrupt message and reports it, but not in a very user friendly way. We should make this more clear to users what this means.
2. Currently, if an alllink cleanup comes in from an unknown group is causes a crash in trying to run the is_deaf routine around line 743, this happens because we change the value of $object halfway through the logic tree.
