Dump structure from a binary SML (Smart Message Language) file. SML is used in various smart metering (electricity, gas, water ...) systems in germany. As of now, the script also parses a small selection of OBIS (Object Identification System) classification numbers.
Some data (e.g. "Aktuelle Wirkleistung") is only available if you unlock the Smart Meter with a 4-digit PIN via the optical interface. You may have to ask your system operator ("Versorgungsnetzbetreiber") for this PIN.
