Updated src/layouts/Footer.js

Updated src/layouts/Footer.js to delete wrong Hirmeos link.

Updated the measures showing the last twitter measure.

• Updated the measure.js files to inform when was the last time when there was a twitter measure as it was '2023-07-11 02:40:39+00' checked in our database.

• Run prettier to reformat multiple files as it's required for the commit.
