Bot Creator shows footprint cta off after kill/reload

QA TEMPLATE Input
Device Type: iPhone 8 Plus
iOS: 11.2.6
tr Version: 2.3.0 (219)
Environment Staging
Codepush:
Internet Connection Type: WiFi
Users affected? Miranda
User handle: @miranda
Bypass handle?:
Location access type? Always
Does this issue occur on other environments?
Time issue occurred (UTC) 4:32 PM

Observed Result:

If a user creates a bot with presence and then does a kill/reload they no longer have the footprint cta enabled and receive the "Always Primer" when they tap on the Footprint CTA. The location is set to "Always"

Expected Result:

User should be able to create a geofence bot with presence and kill/reload the app with Footprint CTA still enabled. Kill/reload should not change the Footprint CTA.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a public bot with presence
  2. Kill/reload the app
  3. Go to the bot profile and the Footprint CTA is off.
  4. Tap on the Footprint CTA and receive the "Always Primer"

Also noting that if a guest taps on the Footprint CTA they are prompted with "Allow Location Access" overlay. If they tap Cancel they are unable to enable the Footprints CTA. If the user taps "Always Allow" (setting is set to Always) and returns to bot profile they have the Foot print enabled. A kill/reload removes the Footprint CTA.
