Incredibly hard to use compared to Mermaid

For example, you have to escape < and > when using @pintora/cli. Additionally you cannot have characters like - hyphens, e.g. in notes. Just filing here, we came to Pintora as an alternative to Mermaid, albeit there are many issues as you can see we've filed #241 #240.
