tags和categories在被删除之后仍然存在。

假设我新增了篇文章example-post，tag为example-tag，hexo generate了一下。

然后我删掉了example-tag，generate之后，该标签仍在首页显示。

手动删除db.json可以修复该问题，但是未免有些不方便

[TRANS] Tags and Categories still exist even user delete it
Create a new post called example-post which has a new tag, example-tag, and run hexo generate.
Then delete the tag example-tag in the post, but the tag still appear on homepage after regenerate the site.

PS: Look like delete db.json manually could fix it, but it's not a good way.
