fix: Added link from /usr/bin/rpm-ostree to /usr/bin/ dnf (ublue-os#117)

* ln -s /usr/bin/rpm-ostree /usr/bin/dnf * moved ln -s /usr/bin/rpm-ostree /usr/bin/dnf to build.Containerfile
