Filter out doctest warning (pydata#8539)

* Filter out doctest warning Trying to fix pydata#8537. Not sure it'll work and can't test locally so seeing if it passes CI * try using the CLI to ignore the warning --------- Co-authored-by: Justus Magin <[email protected]>
