FYI: TLDR: Previous UDP GRO handling introduced in #370 still works fine.

In the TS v1.74.0 changelog: Linux / New / TCP generic receive offload (GRO) support is added for improved userspace mode throughput.

Our previous feature enabling UDP GRO forwarding works fine. Tested with

• ethtool -K XXXXXX rx-udp-gro-forwarding off rx-gro-list off
• then curl -sf --unix-socket /var/run/tailscale/tailscaled.sock http://local-tailscaled.sock/localapi/v0/check-udp-gro-forwarding
• resulting in the expected {"Warning":"UDP GRO forwarding is suboptimally configured on XXXXXX, UDP forwarding throughput capability will increase with a configuration change.\nSee https://tailscale.com/s/ethtool-config-udp-gro"}
• this is just a smoke test, my networking "expertise" is absolutely insufficient to really test these stuff
