provider/aws: Added aws_instance network_interface_id (supersedes #4231)

Reasonning for this change

Continues #4231 with some minor updates.

This is the step 1 on 2 for #3105.
The second part will be to add a map of interfaces, with related indexes. I would prefer to do it in 2 works because of the refactoring required.
