This is to bring in hashicorp/terraform-schema#184 which in turn enables correct parsing of default values in optional object attributes, such as in the following sample config:

variable "example" {
  type = object({
    foo = optional(string, "toot") # HERE
    bar = number
  })
}

This is a minor enhancement in the sense that we're catching up behind Terraform 1.3 which introduced defaults, as per #917 (hashicorp/terraform#31154).
