The team decided to avoid upgrading the dependency, given where we are in the lifecycle of release and potential risk of the upgrade. Made a more targetted upgrade in #5202. |

github.com/shirou/gopsutil/hostpackage used to use some C code that makes vendor it tricky on macOS/darwin. Latest versions don't do - so upgrading it to make driver plugin implementors easier.
