Problem

Currently the SDK is helpful is throwing a timeout error when it encounters one.
However, it's not clear when node from the list of nodes encountered the issue.
This makes it difficult in high load scenarios to troubleshoot

Solution

Add the node IP and accountId to the timeout error to allow for improved troubleshooting
