- Added MissedFuelUp/IsFillToFull columns to CSV export/import.
- Made table header sticky so that it stays up there when scrolled past.
- Fixed bug causing doubling of monthly expenses.
- Defaults new record inputs to today's date, dates should not be overwritten when viewing older records.
