libfastcommon make install后的头文件和库文件都是在 /usr/local/ 前缀下的
fastdfs client库 make install后头文件和库文件都是在 /usr/前缀下
php_client 执行make的时候会报client头文件找不到，单独改头文件依赖路径，会出现client动态链接库找不到的问题。
