How to run it locally

1. run npm i in frontend/
2. run ng s in frontend/
3. activate venv by calling ./activate in venv/Scripts/ and run pip install -r requirements.txt in backend/
4. navigate to backend/flaskr/ and run flask run
5. navigate to localhost:4200 in your browser
