Increase upper bound of all AAC V1 dependencies:

- Upper bound of all Animator As Code V1 dependencies is now `<2.0.0-a` instead of `<1.2.0-a` - This allows installation with Animator As Code V1.2.0, and all future versions of AAC VRChat and AAC VRChat Destructive Workflow.
