Update Project Profile: Access the Data

Overview

We need to update the Overview (aka one sheet) for the Access the Data project so that visitors to the website can find accurate and up-to-date information.

Action Items

• In /assets/pdfs ¹, delete the old Access-the-Data-OneSheet.pdf
• Download a copy of the new Access The Data's one sheet PDF ²
• Rename the PDF you just downloaded to Access-the-Data-OneSheet.pdf
• In /assets/pdfs ¹, put in the new Access-the-Data-OneSheet.pdf
• Ensure that the Overview link opens the updated PDF file properly in the following places:
  • the project's card on the Projects page ³ under the Links field
  • the Access the Data page ⁴ in the Project Overview section and the Resources section

@ExperimentsInHonesty I'm not sure what the approval process for the org rep in updating the one sheet is. However, I already rewrote this issue for a developer to implement.

I'm sorry I did not see the comments above until now. This onesheet expires in about a month so I'm not sure if it is worth pursuing this update anymore. By the end of the year the MVP project will be closed and a new project will need to be opened to create V1. I recommend we just remove the overview link from the page and close this issue.
