Initial mapbox integration from v2 demo.

• small material-ui theme update.

• Map, nc boundaries and open requests rendering

• The rest of the v2 demo map features (controls, themes, etc.) disabled at the moment.

• Mostly a large copy job from compartmentalized-visualizations. This is a heavy work in progress and will be significantly refactored.

  • Up to date with dev branch
  • Branch name follows guidelines
  • All PR Status checks are successful
  • Peer reviewed and approved
