Fixes #448

  • Created About311 page.
  • Hero image and svgs placed in assets dir.
  • Created StaticFooter for /about and /contact routes.
  • Misc styling fixes.

Need to create Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Links in StaticFooter just link to '/'

  • Up to date with dev branch
  • Branch name follows guidelines
  • All PR Status checks are successful
  • Peer reviewed and approved
