Closes #254

  • Updated webpack config rules for css/sass/scss.
  • Created main styles.scss in src/styles.
  • Moved bulma imports from src/index.js to styles.scss.

Bulma default variables can be changed in styles.scss. Refer to Bulma docs for variables and default values.
