GET by id for root resource is missing

please see attached screenshot - generator v 0.3.23 and mdj file in https://github.com/gs-gs/visa-ui/tree/master/documents/solution - it seems that the GET /applicants/{applicantId} end point is missing from the generated output even though the GET() method is in the model. It appears to be generated Ok for the sub-resources, just not for the root resource.

I did not find any screenshot in #128 (comment)
then i generated openapi from v 0.3.23 and it seems that the GET /applicants/{id} end point appears to be generated. See attached screenshot
