Fixes #1215
With respect to #1215 (comment), I didn't implement anything special for queue size on low notes. Since I can't figure out the exact cases, it's difficult to explain how that would work, and I think the easiest thing would simply be to use the
[ull:0]and[ull:1]controls to get the desired output.Tests do change, partially because I changed the output of the dump facility for ledger lines.
