Add label for highway=bus_stop

It is already done for trams (probably triggered by "railway=tram_stop").

Example: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/50.08111/19.89041 - tram station "Balicka Wiadukt" has name displayed, bus station on Armii Krajowej has name hidden.

@math1985 - are you still working on it? I want to make pull request for this one as it is simple, should not be controversial and it currently it is (for me) the biggest problem in this map style.

Is there a reason not to support the Public Transport scheme ?
highway=bus_stop(s) are not precisely defined, and public_transport=stop_position/platform are already widely used.

This would be #311 but adding the name was much faster to implement with the limited manpower implementing stuff in the style.

HolgerJeromin is right. Also, bus tag in not on the database - see https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/blob/master/openstreetmap-carto.style - and changing this is not possible in the near future.
