Dark blue halo around highway tunnels causes issues

Hi,

I just noticed something I haven't noted before (maybe a result of the committed PR's of today?), there are now dark blue halos around tunnel names. This causes some minor issues at some zoom scales, where the tunnel name actually obscures the tunnel (see first image), and in general a lesser readability of the text.

The blue halo may actually be a minor bug?, and should have been white?

Probably it was caused by "Give road labels a halo in the respective road-fill color" #1010

Yes, most likely. It should exclude tunnels clearly.
