I'd love to move this forward. The original question I had for you is somewhat moot now, as we've revised the Team application. Part of me wants to just forge ahead and approve your application, but it turns out we also need you to link a PayPal account (we lost bank payouts when Balanced went under).

Anyway, wanted to reach out to see if you're still interested in using Gratipay for Neocities. We'd love to have you! :-)
