Account disconect button hidden in Firefox stable #2271

As @untitaker discovered in #639 (comment), the account disconnect UI isn't showing up correctly in Firefox stable.

@untitaker's suggested fix was to use a <div> instead of a <td>

Wow. This is fascinating. Firefox 30 (aka Aurora) does not have this problem, but Firefox 28 (stable) does.

The X's are visible and working in Chrome, but you can't even disconnect accounts in Firefox due to the reliance on JS. Any thoughts on implementing non-JS functionality?

I’ll take a look at getting it to appear in Firefox. Have to familiarize with whether we can do the disconnect without JS.
