Be more accurate regarding number of users and the amount they exchange

I think rounding off is a bad idea. It gives an inaccurate picture. If you insist, then we should have something like ~1,700 USERS EXCHANGING ~$5,800 PER WEEK. When I saw this on the home page, I was actually wondering what's the chances that at last count, exactly $5,800 was exchanged. Maybe you guys were thinking it would be obvious?

I don't think it's that big of a deal. If nothing else, the rounded versions are easier & quicker to read.

It would even be better if the text was something like 1,723 USERS EXCHANGED OVER $5,800 LAST WEEK, in a case where the exact cash was $5,844.

I agree and would round the users as well.
Over 1,700 people sending more than $5,800 each week!

Related to that line on the site
Perhaps it'd be cool if that section was kind of like the "fortune" command
where it presented a different community stat every 5 minutes. (Not that
the page would change every 5 minutes (though that'd be really cool) just
that the text that goes there would get updated every 5 minutes so future
requests would see the new stat.)

The numbers in the header are currently not rounded. Feel free to open another issue (or better yet, a PR) if you'd like them to be rounded.
