Add "forensic investigation" to confidence scores

We are somehow missing a category for "Forensic Investigation" for addresses identified as part of forensic investigations. Since infos are usually retrieved from somewhat trusted third parties (e.g., CEXs), I'd score them like service_api responses (70).
