graphsense-lib/cli uses a global config to configure the keyspaces to use. If available the tagpack tool could use that config to find the keyspaces for clustermapping. This would avoid another config that needs to be managed on the server.

if this is done add the cluster mapping process to the sync command. This would allow a full sync of the db without using any other command than sync.
