This is my first pass at creating a
CONTRIBUTING.md. I intend to remove the contribution sections from grails-doc and replace with a link to this document. I'll open the PR to do that once we've agreed on the language here.Please note that I've dropped the legacy GSTS & STS setup instructions, as well as the intellij / eclipse instructions.
