PR description
Current state of the repo makes it unusable without a
replacedirective since the module name is still of the old repo. This PR is to change the module name and replace old module name with current namegrafana/go-syslogWhy
This is needed so we can utilize
NewParserRFC3164in this commit, to add support for parsing RFC3164-compliant in the future
