- Replaces the previous callback injection mechanism by encapsulating
the logic into a Flow service exposed to components.
- Components can check whether a debug stream callback is registered
for them and, in that case, send debug information to it in real
time.
- Some components (otel) still need to be migrated.
- Note: the UI service now depends on the x-ray service.
- Remove unnecesary layers of indirection and replace a higher order
function parameter with a simple string
