Hopefully these changes will address the errors & warnings reported at https://appstream.debian.org/sid/main/issues/gqrx-sdr.html.
I renamed the files to match the appstream identifier, and added a content rating. I also updated the contact email address, since I'm now maintaining the appstream metadata.
