Update and correct Swedish counts

Description

There were a number of different types of inconsistencies:

• Updates with actual changes: Q68295960 (249->254), Q3917681 (93->91), Q10330441 (11->10)
• Wikidata and we were previously unaware of some: Q107407151 (5->12)

(Some data have been cleaned too.)
