feat(gkehub): update the api

#### gkehub:v2

The following keys were deleted:
- schemas.FeatureConfigRef (Total Keys: 8)
- schemas.MembershipFeature.properties.featureConfigRef.$ref (Total Keys: 1)

#### gkehub:v2alpha

The following keys were deleted:
- schemas.FeatureConfigRef (Total Keys: 8)
- schemas.MembershipFeature.properties.featureConfigRef.$ref (Total Keys: 1)

#### gkehub:v2beta

The following keys were deleted:
