Another component that's not too hard to create manually in Mesop. But nice to have a ready to use component to save time fiddling with styling and html.

Add expansion panel component.
ced4ce7 
Also adds support for the accordion component which uses multiple
grouped expansion panels.

The accordion behavior needs to be manually implemented through event
handlers on the expansion panels.
